The process took about a month. I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter for a phone screen. The recruiter phone screen went well, so they moved me forward to a call with sales rep or sales manager.
The call with this person was ok. He asked the typical scenario questions and how I'd come.up with solutions to certain situations. That was super easy, but he then asked about what product I'd sell to clients at Snap and why. I answered but I think it might not have been the answer he wanted to hear.
Interview abruptly finished and I was sent a generic rejection email a day or two later. Ever since then I've tried to apply for other roles at Snap, but I wadls rejected rather quickly. Not sure if I am now blacklisted as a candidate, but that is very caddy if so. Snap should be more open to interviews and provide a better candidate experience for prospective job seekers. HR should really take a deep dive evaluation into the Talent Acquisition team there.
