Snap interview questions

Initial contact was via email. A phone screen was scheduled for the same day. The day after the phone screen, I was booked on a flight to LAX (from Silicon Valley) for an onsite with the team for the next day. There was an incredible amount of energy at Snapchat HQ. My interview began with lunch at the Snapchat cafeteria with an engineer. For the rest of the day, I had back-to-back 45 minute interviews with designers and engineers. The interviewers were sharp and personable. The interview questions were less technical than I had expected and more focused on previous work and cultural fit. I had a great time in Venice interviewing at Snapchat. The offer didn't work out, but LA would have been a long commute from Silicon Valley anyway :)3
