Snap Manager interview questions

Disappointing experience. Made it through to second round and team member basically said they were looking for an older man who had worked for specific companies. This info was not in the job advert and I had matched all relevant listed criteria. I found him to be very dismissive and condescending during the interview and had basically made up his mind I was not suitable before I even started talking. Total waste of time.

Best interview and recruiting experience of my life. Great group of people, very comfortable, and honest conversation. We did a second round, but only so each side could get deeper into the challenges. Recruiting was super responsive and friendly. They moved fast to decision and kept me informed the whole time.
