Recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn. Talked with me over the phone for about 15 minutes, didn't even ask for my resume. Recruiter told me that all the communications will be done within 48 hours at each stage of the interview. They set up a technical phone call interview. The interviewer called about 15 minutes late. Asked a lot about my work, and kept stressing over what technical challenges I've faced. The coding question was straight forward, and I could complete it in 20-25 minutes. The remaining time, he asked me if I have any questions for him. It has been 3 weeks, I still haven't heard from them, in spite of sending them a follow up email. Even if they're not moving forward, they should respond to candidate's email. I have given interviews with Airbnb, Uber, Box and other good ones, but all the recruiters were very professional unlike Snapchat.
