Stibo Systems Software Developer interview questions

The interview process consisted of three stages. The first stage was an HR screening, where the HR representative assessed the candidate's qualifications and fit for the company. The second stage was a managerial interview, during which a manager evaluated the candidate's experience, skills, and suitability for the role. The final stage was a technical discussion, focusing on the candidate's technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities related to the job.

I applied through a recruiter. The process was supposed to be several interviews (company fit and technical skills). After an interview with a project manager, I got a take-home assignment and completed it. I sent the task for review and a week later got a reject email saying there was a candidate with a better psychological fit. I asked but didn't get any further feedback or take-home assignment review results which could be helpful. A bit of a time waste in general, would be reasonable from their side to give a bit more feedback if they give take-home assignments.
