There are too many stages for the job you’ll be assigned too. Each stage takes up to 1 hour, and during this time recruiter, than hiring manager, than hr will ask you inappropriate questions about your living conditions, either you live in your own apartment or rent it, then asking unnecessary details about your family background, etc.
