1st stage interview process was completely automated and did not work very well. After submitting the recorded videos and filling out a questionnaire I received multiple messages that my application had actually not been submitted. Seems like they need to work on improving the system or go back to doing in person interviews.

Pre-screen was conducted online in their system. Was very inconvenient as there was no live session with a recruiter. I had difficult several times recording the videos as they were timed. Overall it was an uncomfortable experience.
