Handed in my CV. A few weeks later I was invited to an interview. I interview with the manager at a nearby Starbucks. Atmosphere was very relaxed and questions were easy to understand, from a sales perspective. Within a few weeks, I was given a job offer. Overall, a very positive experience.

I was referred by a friend. They were very friendly, assistant manager was taking notes and her and the manager took turns in asking me questions. Simple questions, then told me to sell a collection to them in a roleplay scenario. Then asked some admin questions, as expected.
