Swarovski Project Manager interview questions

Das erste Interview war ein Telefoninterview. Danach fanden zwei Gespräch vor Ort statt. Es was eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre und eine lockere Gesprächssituation. Es wurden sehr viele Informationen rund um den Job und die Firma geteilt und man konnte alle seine Fragen stellen.

I applied for a job and was contacted for a first phone interview which was scheduled but they ghosted me and even after several emails, voice message, calls and email to another HR person in the department I got no answer, instead a couple of weeks later I got an automated email saying I didn’t move forward in the process. Have seen the role up on several channels afterwards. Would have nice to have an explanation, I did not expect a process like this from this company.
