Recruiter phone call, followed by two other phone interviews conducted by engagement managers. Second one was Skype-based. Final step would have been an onsite all-day interview.
Recruiter was brash, she told me the phone call could not proceed until I coughed up my salary requirement. Got rejected after round 3 but only after I sought a status update.
