I was contacted by a recruiter. After speaking to the recruiter about the job description, I was asked if I was still interested in the position. The recruiter described the benefits that would be offered with this position. The recruiter than refers you to a hiring manager. Then I had a phone interview with the manager. Depending on the position you may have more phone interviews. I had a total of 3 phone interviews:

Two stage interview
One with recruiter (15min) then one with line manager (1hour).
Recruiter asked about previous experience and years in clinical research.
Manager was kind and personable so she led the questions very easily to be answered

Interview
Among the best interviews of my life. The whole process was very fast and pleasant.
People who interviewed me were from Science, not from HR department.
They were looking for personality skills rather than experience.
I highly recomment this company.
