Recruiter scheduled a phone screen earlier in the week and cancelled that interview late the night before. The recruiter did not provide an explanation until I reached our inquiring why the phone screen was cancelled. Horrible communication. No offer as the initial phone screen was cancelled.

Great process with multiple people. I enjoyed the interview and ultimately chose another opportunity after some deliberation. They made me feel at home while interviewing, very standard questions. I left knowing they would offer me the position.

Call with recruiter and next step is interview with the managers. The first call is very informal but the next interview is a formal interview for the position. Theoretically, it should not take so long to hear back from the recruiter regarding the next step of interview once your first call is cleared.
