The recruiter was beyond unprofessional. Several cancel calls without any notice. I had to keep reaching out to reschedule. After two weeks of chasing the recruiter, we finally had the call and then I never heard from them again.

Great process with multiple people. I enjoyed the interview and ultimately chose another opportunity after some deliberation. They made me feel at home while interviewing, very standard questions. I left knowing they would offer me the position.

Interview
Call with recruiter and next step is interview with the managers. The first call is very informal but the next interview is a formal interview for the position. Theoretically, it should not take so long to hear back from the recruiter regarding the next step of interview once your first call is cleared.
