Syneos Health interview questions

A telephone screen by Syneos recruiter to start, followed by an in person interview with the hiring manager. If two candidates are close a call with a teammate might occur.

The interview process was good .The interview tested the personality and decision making ability of the individual.It was half an hour interview .The panel consisted of two members.Acase study was given to be solved .The first interview was HR round.They asked me about my background ,my achievements ,my strength and my weakness. The second interview was technical round which involved case study and some decision making queations. The study was a general one.and it involved simple thinking .The interviewers were very cooperative.
