Syneos Health interview questions

I had a phone screening with an internal recruiter to see if I would be a good fit for them to move forward with an interview. The recruiter was super nice and told me exactly what to expect in the interview. The interview was virtual and one week later. It was with two people and felt more like a friendly conversation. The recruiter told me to do more research on what a CRA does because they would ask me and she was right. They loved my response and that I did my homework.

The executive interview was scheduled over three weeks to obtain the 'right' stakeholders. Each discussion was unstructured and covered general information only. There was no follow-up from HR. I wonder if this happens at other levels within the company. Perhaps a tightening of the process should be examined.
