Syneos Health Project Financial Analyst interview questions

I had my first chat with a recruiter from the company and they were great. The conversation was very natural and flowing. Then when I meet with the manager for the 2nd interview, it was very clear I was an inconvenience for the manager to interview. Started off being late to the call by a few minutes which one can most definitely make up for that. Not this manager, showed up in a very casual sweatshirt while they made it a point before starting the call to dress professionally. She then continued to read team messages and emails during my interview and this was only a 30 minute interview. There was political items in view of the camera as well. Overall, if the manager was this disinterested they shouldn't have wasted either of our time and cancelled the interview. They were not shy about showing how they did not want to conduct the interview let alone be there. Better they show their red flags upfront before hand at least.
