Question 1
“tell me about yourself “ “where do you see yourself in 5 years” & “why do you want to work at T-Mobile”
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Bellevue, WA)
Interview
Long - the role was posted and I reached out to the hiring manager, I got an email about a week later from the recruiter, talked with recruiter, then interview with Hiring Manager, took over 4 weeks to schedule next round of interviews with 3+ people. Apparently one was supposed to be reschedule but I showed up anyway, waiting and waiting till I reached out and got a back up recruiter to tell me opps we were supposed to reschedule that one interview and why you are at it we need to reschedule the other one too. So that drug out yet another week. The people were great and I think I would have liked working with the team but I could tell they were overworked and stressed out. Also had a lack of communication. So probably for the better I didn't get stuck in that.
