Intense two week training. You cannot miss one day. Consistently training and staying up to date on technology. You need to be prepared for various situational questions. What if questions. You need open availability.

I was a contract hire through a third party. The interview was low stress but did not accurately reflect the job requirements. I was asked if I am familiar with a piece of vendor software when the job only purpose required senior level knowledge to build and engineer that piece of software.
