TP Customer Service Representative interview questions

Interview is easy probably because of the massive hiring. But nonetheless, it is just a few questions about the company and your goals. The base salary is fine , but expecting much more. Anyways the interviewer were really nice.

I found the assessment process to be manageable, but I was surprised when I found out that I passed. During the initial interview, the questions became more personal and focused on my experience. The formal nature of the interview made me feel comfortable, and I appreciated the flow of the conversation.
