TP Customer Service Representative interview questions

It was really worth it. I feel really nervous but also has an excitement as well. I got mental blocked sometimes but luckily, I still manage to answer. Honestly, the Interview process is really tiring since it was not just one day process. I was 47km from the site, so it consumes time and money especially to travel going to the site. But it was really worth it since this is my long-time aspiration to be in this field.
