TP Customer Service Representative interview questions

As a candidate, clear communication is important to me, and the lack of updates has created uncertainty about the status of my application. I believe that transparent and timely communication reflects positively on the company and enhances the overall candidate experience. I value the opportunity to be considered for this position and would appreciate any insight into the current status of my application. I also hope that this feedback can contribute to improving the application process for future candidates.

Personally, I find the interview process generally okay. It was not that difficult. The interviewer referred to my resume and he asked questions pertaining to my previous work experience and current freelance work. He also asked me more probing questions such as why I wanted to work in TP and why in a BPO industry as it is my first time applying in this industry.
