The interview process is organized from the assessment that test your pronunciation, analytical thinking and how to response and resolved a situation in the scenario that provided in the assessment follow by the mock call that I really enjoyed because it allows you to shared your thoughts and ideas about the certain question that the interviewer provided and lastly the grammar exam. Additionally the interviewer are very approachable and detailed oriented.

I would say the interview process went smoothly. For instance, there's a good internet connection that hindered technical difficulties to occur, I was able to answer the questions because I could hear the interviewer very well, and they will tell you right away if you passed or failed the interview which is good because you can have an idea of what you'll do next.
