TP Customer Service Representative interview questions

The process of the interview is quite hard, because the questions are not familiar for me, since I have no experience in the BPO company. But as long as you answer the questions from your heart you can give the best answer that you have. The questions is all about the job that I am applying for. I felt nervous that time, but I know that I can achieve it, to become a customer service representative.

Very good and nothings wrong, the interviewer deliver the questions very clear that i can understand clearly. The interviewer motivates me very well and i think she is doing her job very well everytime.
