Interview
The interview is made on the phone as a first step. They will check your motivation and availability. Afterwards they will ask you to visit the centre and you will have an easy English test. I have been told that many people are interviewed also in video conference while they are still abroad and, in some cases, if necessary, are helped to find an accomodations for the first few months. I understand it depends on the urgency to find an agent for the specific market

It was very unprofessional. They called me with a full on background noise to the point na di ko na marinig yung interviewer. Still pestered me even after I rejected the offer. Parang asa bar pa yung nag iinterview nung tumawag haha very unprofessional. We couldn't communicate well.
