TP Customer Service Representative interview questions

Upon Applying for the job, i received the E-mail regarding the First Interview, which went pretty well and then i had to solve B1 English test. After successfully completing it, i received another E-mail for the second interview to know me little bit better and to provide information regardind the client. It also went well until i received rejection.

First is the AI call. They are going to ask you basic informations. Next is the assessment test where they will test your speaking and typing skills. Next is the initial interview. They will ask you basic questions (e.g. are you willing to work in shifts/ what is your educational background). Last is the final interview. They will ask situational questions together with the mock call.
