TP Customer Service Representative interview questions

The interview process consist of Assessment, Initial Interview, then Final Interview, though I didn't get to the FI.. still, it's a good experience for me as this was my first time applying for a job with no prior exp in any work industry. The process is quick, and the interview session are made virtually via zoom. Just my main issue was the extremely freezing temperature, which actually made my anxiety worse that time :>
