TP Customer Service Representative interview questions

The interview process was smooth yet challenging. It primarily tested our communication, comprehension, language, critical thinking, problem-solving, typing, writing, and analyzing skills. There was also a test or a survey about our personality and preferences. The question and answer were also on the spot, which challenged almost all of those skills mentioned earlier.

There were many steps in the whole process but all of them were fast and easy. The interviewers and HRs were kind and made me feel comfortable and well guided throughout the process.
