TP Customer Service Representative interview questions

"The interview process was straightforward and simple. They asked easy and basic questions, mostly to gauge your communication skills and how you handle scenarios. There was one initial interview where they asked about your background, experience, and a few situational questions. After that, there was a final interview, which was more like a confirmation round to check if you're a good fit for the role. Once you cleared both interviews, they proceeded to give you a Job Offer (JO) on the spot or shortly after.

During the interview last January 24, everything was doing great. I was able to answer all the interviewers questions. The interviewer was very nice and it seemed very calm talking to her or rather answering her questions.
