TP Customer Service Representative interview questions

It's a smooth conversation of me and the interviewer, I had an initial interview online. They asks me about myself, my information. Then after several days I passed so I had to go for the final interview on the phone. I'm so nervous that time especially when the interviewer thrown an out of the box questions so you need to think critically and creative to answer that questions.

The interview process went well. The interviewers were eloquent in communicating and asking questions about me. There were no issues in the equipments I used. Overall, the interview process went smoothly.
