TP Customer Service Representative interview questions

3 round interviews will be there. 1st will be taken by HR. Then they shortlist for specific companies and then a call. And last will be a difficult round. Where fresher are suppose to solve the client complaint .

It is smooth and very easy. It is only via phone call so it is very convenient for me. Aside from that the person who called me is very approachable. She knows how to communicate properly and doesn't make you feel bad about the way you talk.
