TP Agente De Atendimento I interview questions

Take a typing and use of computers test. Then interview with two different hiring employees. Process takes from 2-3 hours. They did not have a specific schedule for training or for after training. They also did not have a start date. After the process when they called to give me this information it was not within my availability that I had on my application, so I had to change around my whole life schedule to take the job. That was just for training and then they did the same exact thing when they gave me my permanent schedule. It was the most disorganized scheduling and training process I have ever seen in the about 10 jobs I have had.

First part of interview was a little different but made a lot of sense . Was given English test for grammar . Also computer tech questions cause it was the area I was apply ing for
