I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at TP (Mandaluyong City) in Jul 2009
Interview
During my time in 2009, the process was like this:
Initial Interview
Examination
Final Recruiter Interview
Operations Interview
Initial Interview:
Group interview (one interviewer vs many applicants). The basic interview with questions such as "How has been your day so far?", "Tell me something about yourself (that is not written on your resume)", etc.
Tip: Shine out. Start first if you can grab that opportunity. Nothing is more pressuring than having an applicant with a better accent than everyone else in the room including the interviewer talking first.
Examination:
Basic computer question and customer service related scenarios.
Tip: Follow the instructions. If you're called, you're usually out. So do your best to stay on low profile.
Final Recruiter Interview:
Most of the questions in Final Interviews are attitude and behavior related questions mostly. Rarely anyone fails in grammar here, but don't get too comfy. Questions are mostly related in your amenability in working shifting schedule, behavior, motivation etc.
Tip: You are superman. You'll do whatever they need to do. You can start negotiating for better schedule once you're on the floor, but not here.
Operations Interview:
You can fail this interview, and you'll just be endorsed to another campaign. Anyway, still, don't show anything bad. If you're eyeing for a certain account, this is NOT the interview to let the company know that you'd like to be on another account - that should have been done on the Final or Initial interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Most of the questions are situation based. Some of the questions are not the questions which demands by-the-dot accurate answer, but only tests your intellect in estimating and coming up with answers (a rather handy skill to have once you're on the floor)
Anyway, some of them:
1) How many jellybeans can you fit inside a jumbo jet?
2) Tell me how to use and iPod.
3) Guide a blindman from your home to this office.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at TP (Lindon, UT) in Jun 2013
Interview
I had a friend that was already working here. He referred them to contact me. They called that day and wanted to set up an interview. I went in a couple days later. I had to take a couple tests about the job to see what I knew. I had an interview with one of the head recruiters that day and they wanted to set up an interview with a supervisor. I went back a few days later and the supervisor went over everything from my interview with the recruiter. He also tested my knowledge on computers. The recruiter was very friendly and knew what she was doing and asking for the company. Same with the supervisor even though I felt more intimated haha. Overall, the people are very friendly and hard working.

Question 1
There really wasn't any difficult or unexpected question. You either knew what to answer or you didn't.
