TP Agente De Atendimento interview questions

When I went to the interview, everything was so spontaneous that I didn't even had time to be nervous. I met a girl that was working there for 4 months and she told me what she does, how much she earns and I was really intrigued so I decided to go there for an interview appointment. When I arrived at Green Gate the recruiter asked me if I want to have the interview right then, because otherwise I would have had to wait like a week or so. I thought that I don't have anything to lose so I agreed. I called my mom and asked her to email me my CV from my laptop because I didn't even had it printed. I was totally unprepared. I met Emilia, my interviewer and she seemed so nice and calm. We got into the interview room and she started asking me questions about myself in French. That was also a surprise because I didn't expected to have to speak in French from the beginning and I also didn't practice before. But somehow I managed to do it. Even though I think that she found my answers funny. Afterwards she asked me also some things in English and because I felt more comfortable I hit her hard with some elevated answers. After that I received an easy paper test in French and English. And the following days I received an email saying that I received the post!
