Interview
Preliminary Skype talk with HR department. Italian language test consisting in a translation of an italian technical text with subsequent phone chat in italian. Later on, Skype chat/interview with manager of my department. Both SKype interviews were mainly focused on motivation, past work experiences and skills evaluation (in terms of being suitable for a customer service role), and to a lower degree on Apple products expertise/familiarity (they care but to an extent, you're going to be provided a training anyway).

Interview
They will call you sometime after you submit your online application and will talk with you for less than 10 minutes. Then they will ask you to come to the call-center for an interview with HR and a rep from the company that you will be representing.

Interview
I applied online and was called the next day about coming in for an interview. I showed up to the interview early, before recruiting even opened. Once they opened they greeted me brought me in for a computer test and typing test. I passed. They then put me in a small room where I was interviewed by a recruiter and then an apple manager came in and interviewed me. Then we went on a tour and I was offered a position.
