TP Call Center Agent interview questions

The recruiter asked for a lot of paperwork and personal information. Including husbands official Id. The interview was conducted with 6 other prospects, so I fealt it was a lot of wasted time.

It was easy and fast, someone did a phone interview with me and the next day was the face to face interview. There was an English test on the computer and typing fast test also on the computer and finally the 1:1 interview.
