TP Callcenter Agent interview questions

So first there was a phone interview and after passing they told me there would be a second interview on the following day which I also passed after the 2nd interview they told me we'll let you know the feedback and then kept me waiting for about 2 weeks with no respond from them and then an HR contacted me saying there will be a third interview and if accepted I'll start tomorrow and the interview was on 5 pm and they responded on around midnight that I am not accepted
