TP Customee Service Representative interview questions

It was a relatively calm process, the interview was scheduled for 9 am, interviewed by two personnel. The gist of the interview was whether my qualifications were fit for the role .Moreover, how I would handle agitated customers.

The interview process I previously experienced was well-organized and efficient. The questions were relevant to the position, and the interviewers were professional, creating a comfortable environment that allowed me to showcase my skills.
