TP Customee Service Representative interview questions

You have to answer an interview through an AI, and the they will let you have the assessment and if you get passed, you will be instructed to do a practice for a final interview/ mock call. Then you will be assessed by someone on how you answer and deliver your performance.

It started with a light question like "How are you?", then it follows a questions where it measures my capability to comprehend a question , to build up answers and think creatively.
