Kind of hard but they are chooses the employees who had a opportunities to work with them and they care about tueir employees, they had a good environment and a welcoming communitythey have a handson Senior management and lots of activities and engagement.

Its a good experience even i get really nervous that time. but when i able to answer the questions of the interviewer, i was really happy when the interviewer told me congratulations.
