TP Customee Service Representative interview questions

In the beginning I applied indeed website and some days they made me call n asked me some basic details and I had put their answers accurately , they whole process is being by telephonic and after some days later they called me face to face interview then I will their location which was mentioned their company employees and they asking some quistion n I had given all answers Even I mentioned them I freshor but they didn't hire me
