TP Customee Service Representative interview questions

Well I only saw an ad in messenger and I tried to apply in their phone or virtual interview. There were three questions tell me about yourself, why do you want to work in a call center company and I forgot the last one. I didn't pass the interview because I was really nervous at that time I wasn't prepared .
