i applied online. had a phone interview, face to face interview, and a typing test. Interview questions were: introduce yourself tell us about your favorite movie would you be okay with rotational shifts up to 2 am? the working hours weren't okay with me so i declined the offer.

called me to discuss my cv and tell me more about the role and the relocation package they offer, what my relevant experiences were ect when i would be ready to start, why i want to work in customer service my language skills what my team would be like asked about my degree ect
