TP Customee Service Representative interview questions

Well conducted. The interview was done by phone and was carried out on a 2 step process. Interviewer was well informed on the client and project brief. I was actually led to a different job given my skill set. It worked out well and initial training was on cue to deliver initial project goals and timelines.

Interview was on two languages on phone. First base questions on English, then more speciefic things in Russian. Interview was recorded and sended to project manager. I got answer on next day.
