Teleperformance is a big company who needs to hire many people quickly, hence the interview process is quick and impersonal. You get about 20-30 min briefing about the company and role before you need to do some basic tests (logic, typing, English etc). Then there’s the interview with just loads of basic questions you need to answer. Feels very routine and impersonal. The recruiter barely listen to the answers, it seems like he/she wants to get through the list of questions asap. Then about a week later you get the results of the process.
