Das Gespräch findet online und via Tele Konferenz statt. Man wird interviewt und hat zuvor einen online Test zu absolvieren. Das Ergebnis interessiert keinen. Hauptsache, der Bewerber ist bereit dorthin auf eigene Kosten zu reisen. Es wird Kostenerstattung offeriert, doch ob man die bekommt ist fraglich. Auf meine Frage hin wie mein Ergebnis war, hat man mir nicht klar geantwortet. Das hat mich enttäuscht. Der Test ist nicht einfach und von daher fehlt mir ganz einfach das Feedback.
