TP Customee Service Representative interview questions

First I got an email asking for some of my info like my name and phone number to schedule an appointment. When I got there I waited around 15 minutes to talk to a HR person. It was very light and not that formal.

It was quite easy. I was invited to pass few tests... English & native language tests. After i was told to call me back for the results. One day later they called me, said that i passed successfully and said to wait a call from a regional manager of the department where I was supposed to work. I got that call the same day, they asked me some basic questions and if I look to this job seriously as they don't want employees to leave but to stay. Also they offer you 1 month paid training.
