TP Customee Service Representative interview questions

There are 4 stages to the interview process onsite. The first is an AI phone interview. The second stage involves a skills assessment test, followed by another phone interview. The last is an in-person interview. Everything was done and completed in one day, but it took a few hours to go through all 4 stages.

The interview process consist of Assessment, Initial Interview, then Final Interview, though I didn't get to the FI.. still, it's a good experience for me as this was my first time applying for a job with no prior exp in any work industry. The process is quick, and the interview session are made virtually via zoom. Just my main issue was the extremely freezing temperature, which actually made my anxiety worse that time :>
