TP Customee Service Representative interview questions

The interview process starts with initial interview that was conducted by one of the staff of Teleperformance throught online, after passing the initial, assessment follows and account validation after passing the assessment. The account validation was just through phone call.

It was very hard for me. It was my first time and of course, I came prepared. So I passed! The interviewer was very kind and professional. There’s a lot of questions to be answered but some of it were basic questions.
