TP Customer Service Agent interview questions

2 parts in total. 1) short interview through the phone with a recruiter and then live screening with the same recruiter. In the screening, the candidate will have to fill a form of questions & 2) live interview with hiring project manager in language of project (may be asked to perform skill test)
