TP Customer Service Agent interview questions

The interviewer asks questions about me, and also asks about my job experience as well as my thoughts about customer service. And I have give my part by answering the questions that was asked by the interviewer

The interview process was fairly easy and uncomplicated. You have to attend about 2 meetings, where one of them is to test your writing skills. Then you hear back from the company whether you were accepted or not and to provide you with a contract to sign/get your employee information.
